Do I have to pay to see my estimate?
No. The refund check is free, and you'll see the price before you pay for anything.
Is my refund guaranteed?
No. Refunds depend on your contract terms, any claims already paid and the administrator's policies. We show an estimate, not a promise, and we tell you when a product is only possibly refundable.
Do the companies charge a cancellation fee?
Some administrators deduct a small fee, often $25 to $75, from the refund. Your estimate already accounts for it where we know the terms.
Why isn't the letter kit priced as a share of my refund?
With the letter kit you send the letters yourself, so we never see when you're paid. The done-for-you service is priced on results because we run the whole process and can see the outcome.
