Yes. Omega Auto Care contracts are cancellable, and what you get back depends on timing: a full refund within the first 30 days (less any claims paid), and a prorated refund for the unused portion after that. Step-by-step: how to cancel

Step 1 — Gather your documents. You'll want your contract/agreement, the vehicle VIN, your account or loan number, and proof of any triggering event (payoff letter, refinance confirmation, trade-in paperwork, or total-loss settlement).

Step 2 — Call to cancel. Call 877-850-0443 and state clearly that you want to cancel the contract — not pause or modify it. Have your contract number ready and ask for written confirmation of the cancellation date and refund amount.

Step 3 — Put it in writing. Follow up in writing (contactus@omegaautocare.com) so you have a dated paper trail, and keep a copy.

Final step — Track the refund. Processing typically takes 3–4 weeks. If financed, the refund may be applied to your lienholder.Follow up if it doesn't arrive on schedule.

How much will you get back?

Cancel within the first 30 days (less any claims paid) and you're typically owed a full refund. After that, your refund is prorated by unused term, less a $75 cancellation fee and any claims paid, and Omega Auto Care deducts $75.

As a rule of thumb, the prorated math is: (months remaining ÷ total term) × price paid − fees. If financed, the refund may be applied to your lienholder.
