Step 2 — Complete the cancellation request form. Ox Car Care processes cancellations via a written request/form. Request it from customer service or by calling 1-844-299-0885 ext. 3. Include the required documentation or the request won't be processed.
Step 3 — Submit and keep a paper trail. Send to the address on your contract. Send by a trackable method and keep a copy of everything.
Final step — Track the refund. Processing time varies (some delays reported). If financed, the refund may reduce your loan balance.Follow up if it doesn't arrive on schedule.
